Terms of use
Last updated: 11 September 2026
By using temp-mail.zone you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
temp-mail.zone provides free, receive-only email addresses. You can create an address, receive mail at it, and open its inbox again later using the address. You cannot send email through the service.
The service is free and is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your mail safe, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, that every message sent to you will arrive, or that every website will accept our addresses.
Your address is your key
There is no password. Anyone who knows an address can open its inbox. You are responsible for keeping your address to yourself, and you should not use temp-mail.zone for banking, government, medical or work accounts, or for anything else where losing access or privacy would cause you harm.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use temp-mail.zone to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- commit fraud, including creating accounts to abuse promotions, reviews or payment systems;
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- receive material that is illegal, including material that exploits children;
- try to open inboxes that are not yours by guessing addresses, or interfere with the service in any other way, including overloading it with automated requests.
We may block senders, refuse or remove content, and disable addresses that are used in breach of these terms, without notice.
Content you receive
Messages are written by the people and companies who send them, not by us. We clean messages before showing them, blocking scripts and tracking images, but we are not responsible for what senders put in their emails or on the sites they link to. Be careful with links and attachments from senders you do not know.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, temp-mail.zone is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including lost messages, missed emails, or accounts you cannot access. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
